You may have seen our post yesterday about the importance of the learning environment in providing provocation, stimulation and wonderment.

Again today in our Borobi Studio, the children had so much fun in Borobi’s Hospital.  After morning tea, not one child could be found in any other area of the studio – they were all in the hospital.  Some of the children were doctors, some were patients and others were at reception filling out all the documentation.  It was with such pride that the educators observed the children develop the confidence in using a variety of strategies for exploring and making sense of their world.  There was a lot of communication as children asked questions of each other, explained and listened to each other and their educators.  There was so much learning going on, it is difficult to focus on one area to highlight.

However, Albert Einstein, said it best when he stated, “play is the highest form of research“.  At Creative Minds Early Learning Centre, learning is playful and fun!
