At Creative Minds Early Learning Centre Pimpama, we understand how hard it is juggling commitments such as work, study and volunteering in the community, so we endeavour to make life as easy as possible when it comes to child care.
We provide a wide variety of nutritious meals prepared daily by our on site chef. These include both Vegetarian and Halal friendly options. Your fees also cover nappies, wipes, sunhats, sunscreen, bed linen, insect repellent and the cost of all incursions and educational program costs.
We do ask that families pack extra sets of clothes, any bottles/formula their child may require, and a water bottle.
Children learn through creative play, and sometimes this play can be messy. They may get paint on their clothes or even in their hair, so we encourage families to dress children in comfortable, easy-to-wash clothing that is suitable for active play.
Child Care Subsidy
Creative Minds Early Learning Centre is an approved service for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) provided by the Australian Government. The CCS is the regular payment that assists most families with the costs of childcare. The CCS will be paid directly to Creative Minds Early Learning Centre Pimpama which is then in turn passed onto the families as a fee reduction, therefore requiring family’s to only pay the GAP amount each week.
There are three main factors that will determine a family’s level of Child Care Subsidy:
- Combined Annual Family Income
- Activity Test – the participation activity level of the parents/guardians
- Service Type
Families can get an estimate of what they may be entitled to by entering their details into the Department of Human Services Payment and Service Finder.

Yes. Creative Minds is an approved Child Care Subsidy (CCS) provider. The amount you receive depends on your family’s circumstances and eligibility. If you’re unsure how CCS works, our friendly team is always happy to guide you through the process and help you understand your options.
We aim to keep our fees clear and straightforward. Meals, nappies, bedding and regular educational experiences are included in the daily fee. Our team will always let you know in advance if an optional activity or special event has an additional cost.
Every family’s out-of-pocket cost is different because CCS rates are based on individual circumstances. Once your CCS details have been confirmed, we can provide an estimate of the amount you may need to pay after the subsidy is applied.
