What it means to feel safe and unsafe — and how to tell the difference.

Recognising “warning signs” in their bodies or situations.

Understanding that their body belongs to them and they can say “NO” if something doesn’t feel right.

Remembering that nothing is so yucky they can’t tell someone they trust.
