Miss Emma has the Big Tick at Creative Minds Early Learning Centre

Kia Ora and hello, my name is Miss Emma and I am extremely proud to be the Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) at Creative Minds.  As you may have noticed from my greeting I am originally from New Zealand where I obtained my Bachelor of Teaching and Learning (Early Childhood).

As the Creative Minds ECT, I endeavour to provide an environment for children which enables them to affirm their natural love of learning through developmentally appropriate experiences.  Along with creating an enriching environment, I aim to provide an environment which is warm, inviting, safe and secure, where children and their families are valued contributors.

In my role as the ECT, I am dedicated to empowering children to take responsibility for their own learning, whilst offering a genuine and supportive environment in which children feel safe to take risks, problem solve, to question and to persevere with challenges.
